Information

Wild Rose is a Canadian health icon that’s been making the country’s #1 selling detox kit since 1975. Started by Dr. Terry Willard, the brand is a mix of old-school herbal wisdom and modern science, using a deep knowledge of botany and biochemistry to help people hit the "reset" button. It’s essentially where clinical experience meets traditional herbology, offering a trusted, time-tested way to give your body a clean slate.

Brand Video & Storyboarding

Working with limited footage, I focused on creative typography and a bold color palette to bring the Wild Rose brand to life. By meticulously storyboarding the narrative, I used rhythmic motion graphics, voice-over, and music to bridge the gaps in assets. The result is a fun, elegant video that proves how thoughtful design and art direction can tell a premium story even with minimal resources.

Multi-Channel Digital Campaigns

Following the 2025 launch of the Wild Rose D2C website, we spearheaded a series of cross-platform campaigns spanning email marketing, social media, Meta ads, and web banners. Whether managing a long-lead campaign with complex announcement flows or a high-impact single-day launch, I balanced creative exploration with strict brand alignment. To elevate the visual storytelling, I integrated AI-driven imagery to create more dynamic, scroll-stopping assets—ensuring each campaign felt fresh while remaining rooted in the core Wild Rose identity.

50th Anniversary Logo

For Wild Rose’s 50th anniversary, I was tasked with a fast-tracked project to create a celebratory mark with a quick turnaround. I began with an intensive ideation phase, moving quickly from inspiration to free-flowing concepts in Illustrator. After collaborating with my design lead to refine the strongest directions, I presented a suite of modern, elegant options to the stakeholders—complete with horizontal and vertical lockups and various brand color pairings to ensure versatility across all platforms.

Final Direction & Reflection

My preferred direction was a special edition mark: a sophisticated, contemporary celebration of the brand’s half-century milestone. However, following discussions with upper management, the decision was made to stay closer to the heritage of the original rose icon. I pivoted to create a more traditional ribbon-banner iteration, developing English, French, and bilingual versions to meet the company’s structural needs.

While the final selected logo remained conservative, I take great pride in the initial concepts I developed. This project was a valuable exercise in balancing high-end aesthetic goals with a client’s vision. It reinforced my ability to deliver under pressure and taught me that while I will always advocate for a "creative spin," the ultimate success of a project lies in fulfilling the client's needs while maintaining the integrity of the brand.

Amazon Gallery Images & A+ Pages

I designed the full Amazon brand ecosystem, from high-converting Gallery images and A+ content to the overarching Storefront and Brand Story modules. With the help of colleagues who have extensive experience in the marketplace, competitor analysis and data-driven sales tactics, my focus was ensuring the Wild Rose identity remained elegant and clean while translating effectively to a high-volume e-commerce environment.
